Weiss was working with Elon and Taibbi to disseminate the Twit files.

Weiss was the person that was offered the opportunity to go through the files and publish findings. Has far as I'm aware it was Weiss that outed Baker. She asked him what his surname was and then she said her jaw dropped on the floor.
