I bought a copy of The Last President book off amazon.
The socialists in the story really remind me of today's crazy mob liberals.
They don't work hard or earn for themselves, but still feel they are entitled to what others have.
But the book is heavy handed and aimed at the wealthy.  It has a sense of anger and envy.
Socialists/oppressed good. Rich bad. This is simple thinking. But the basis of sjw thought.

Happiness isn't about being wealthy or rich...it isn't something we are entitled to be either. Happiness is a gift we give to others and in the process we get to keep a bit of it.  Tearing down 5th avenue or castles won't bring us equality, Justice of happiness. Tearing down the curtain that certain people set up to hide their corruption will.  The corruption is what needs to be exposed and removed. Others being rich or poor makes no difference to me.

Anyway, I added the book to my collection of strange, unusual and occult literature. Due to its parallel to our current timeline. 

I still don't know if the writer is a real person from the past or a good hoaxer from the present.

Very well said DN. I can tell you the books are 100% legitimate  from between 1889 and 1895. I made sure of checking if they're real.

Living like a King or a Queen is all in one's head. If you're content with life and without debt, all one has to do is live life in "the present moment" and enjoy every moment as it presents itself. The mind always tries to trick you by thinking too much about past or future..live in the present and enjoy life on earth...

Don't get sucked in by television, movies or advertising of how they want us to be..

I have a friend on Gulp that claims to be a descendant of the Russian czar. Lineage through his grandmother. He took a trip to Russia a couple years ago to fulfill a prophecy he had read from the late 1800's. He believes he will be czar again some day!
