Glad to see someone bumped this. I see I was participating early on, but somehow lost track of the thread. I've read thru half of it and doubt I shared this thought.
I have a friend I met in the early 80s while working at my Mom's company. Very interesting person, like no one I'd ever met. Pretty psychic as well. Someone I could talk about esoteric things with. One day when we had lunch together driving to the restaurant she said "We're not what we think we are...". She never elaborated on that.
Fast forward to a few years back and we're emailing (opposite sides of the country now) and she suggested a book "Humans are Not from Earth". It took me awhile but finally ordered it from Amazon. Weeks later the order was cancelled for unknown reasons. But one thing I recall her telling me the book said was the reason so many people have back issues is because the gravity is too dense for us.
Just throwing spaghetti at the wall....
