There were some quads flying around the Ottawa protest last year. It is a no fly zone. But of course we know that little potato wasn't behaving either. But there are some interrogation devices that can even pick up the spinning of propellers much less the radio signal. So the question is, if they have all of this technology to detect the presence of drones, why do quad fliers need to be burdened with being out the expense of adding a snitch module to their crafts?

What is this irrational fear of drones?
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-comba...v-khlevner I can see from a quad a mile away, the person totally naked in their bedroom with the lights on and the windows blinds up, in broad daylight, the brand of cigarettes they are getting ready to smoke. Nope. Not likely. What is this vilification of drones exactly?

Most interesting thing i seen from a drone ...we use... as of late ...was two white bears feeding their cubs ... "most" of the drones we use have ID singal broadcasts... TPTB may have ID broadcasts on their dones ( for guidence ) but the signals from them isn't detectable by even the best equipment we use... ???

And the police are going to be the faas manpower? They can't even operate their own drones correctly. In Canada of all places. https://www.bst-tsb.gc.ca/eng/rapports-r...O0069.html https://www.aviationtoday.com/2020/03/19...-proposal/ Police not anymore sure that they want their location broadcast either. Sheriffs can always not enforce a federal law that seems to them to be in violation of the Constitution outside of asking or telling the federal government that they are out of line. Even laws that have been ruled on by the Supreme Court. https://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2013/02...eme-court/

UAS being used to observe severe weather. If it can withstand it long enough to do the observation.
