Thank you! That was a really interesting article with good information in it. I had no idea that it was a fairly common occurrence for "entertainers" to be unable to deliver their guinea pigs from the state of hypnosis. So if this can be done in a seemingly upbeat atmosphere, imagine what skilled hypnotists can do in a severely controlled environment.

Any time anyone sees the words "neuro-linguistic" programming it means brain washing as far as I'm concerned.

I would agree with you. I think most people associate these hypnotic techniques with either entertainment or being used to "heal" someone from some issue they're trying to cope with. But the more you look into this subject, the darker it seems to get.

I had to bribe him with a gold bar --  Chuckle -- but @Slappy Kincaid reached into his treasure chest and retrieved the original Q post that mentions Nancy Salzman. It's interesting to see it now.

Here's an example of the kind of coverage you get from the MSM.

Newsweek ran an article with the headline "Who is Nancy Salzman?" When you read it, you still ask the same question because it's all about her daughter Lauren's testimony during the Raniere trial. https://www.newsweek.com/who-nancy-salzm...en-1431652

The coverage of Nancy Salzman is really hard to find, and yet by most accounts, she is a co-founder of NXIVM.

Maybe something ... maybe nothing...

It says in a few bios of Nancy that her ex-hubby is a doctor and his name is Michael. I did a quick search for him and found two docs in the Capital Region named Michael.

https://health.usnews.com/doctors/michae...man-107427

Don't know if it's the guy, or if both of these entries are for the same guy, though they both practice in Clifton Park -- where much of the NXIVM business was conducted. Also interesting -- and again, perhaps coincdental -- is that in the second entry, Dr. Salzman earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. And of course we know that NXIVM still operates in Mexico.

So let me say I don't know if this is the right guy, or if there is any connection here, but it sure looks like an interesting coincidence. If anyone can dig deeper on this that would be helpful.

Last post her for me tonight. Two short vids as part of this season's NXIVM media rollout.

The first one is from the Vancouver Sun where Sarah Edmonson (as part of her book promotion) discusses her experences in NXIVM. It was Sarah's "brand" that was featured in the NY Times and has been shown endless times in MSM. (2:04 in length)

Next up is Catherine Oxenberg, promoting the teevee adaptation of her book, Captive, published a while back. There are scenes from the upcomng Lifetime movie which will be shown Saturday at 8 PM, and then a very short interview with Oxenberg follows: (4:49 in length)

There is no easy answer to that question.

As you may remember, there were four charges, mostly dealing with child porn, that the EDNY dropped because it wasn't in their jurisdiction, they said. The NDNY had the option of picking them up and, following the main trial, there were many announcements that said the investigation was still continuing. And that Moira Penza, the lead prosecutor in the Raniere trial, would be helping with the investigation.

All of the defendents were supposed to be sentenced by September 25, Raniere being the last of the bunch.

Then, the sentencing was postponed indefinitely because more time was needed to do the reports required to do proper sentencing. And a rumor started that "maybe" there would be further trials in the NDNY. I was in the middle of picking out what I would wear to view the trial when that rumor quickly died, and more people started saying there would be no trial. Still, there WAS that investigation that was ongoing, right?

And then, recently, Moira Penza -- that lead prosecutor, remember? -- announced she was leaving the feds to go into private practice. And guess who is applying to take her place -- Terry Geragos, one of Raniere's defense lawyers and daughter of celeb attorney Mark Geragos (He's the guy who got into that sticky mess with Avenatti a few months back).

So -- we have no sentencing scheduled, we have no movement on those vanishing indictments, AND a lawyer from the defense is now in line to join the federal prosecutor office. But wait, it gets better.

On October 31, there will be a hearing at which point Raniere will get to testify as to whether HE thinks there is a conflict of interest if Geragos is approved for the job.

There is more to post and I will add it later today.

This is called gaming the justice system to effect a cover-up! Outrageous! Facepalm
