All Things NXIVM

This is an interesting deep dive all on its own. Bastit Igtet had a lot to do with the situation in Libya, and the news of Sara Bronfman's engagement to him broke on the day before the Albany Times-Union ran their first exposes on NXIVM. The news of this engagement was written about by John Tighe, a local blogger now in prison and soon to be released. That's a story all on its own, but right now, here is what he wrote:

Quote:I do know many of you spoke to the Times Union and if they print what I know, this will be one damming story. One the authorities can’t turn a blind eye to, no matter how much money the Bronfman brats have.

Speaking of the brats, I see Sara Bronfman is engaged to Libya national and President of the Independent Libya Foundation (ILF) Basit Igtet.

Did I mention he’s Muslim? Yes folks, Sara Bronfman, daughter of Canadian businessman and former long-time president of the World Jewish Congress Edgar Bronfman, is marrying a Muslim in June in France. I also understand she is studying Arabic and thinking of converting to Islam.

Not only that, I hear she is quietly exiting NXIVM and taking her money with her. That only leaves the dark and moody sister Clare to feed the NXIVM legal war machine.

And after this story or stories are published NXIVM’s going to need every dime.

Till Sunday morning when the Story comes out, Goodnight.

And now Gina, I hope your soul will rest in peace. This story is dedicated to you and all the other victims of NXIVM known and unknown.

He is, of course, referring to Gina Hutchinson, who died of ... what else? ... suicide.

In the original post, I linked Justin Trudeau's best friend having been named in an international child pornography ring, and the "blackface" thing as an MSM "Look there not here."

Also included another link regarding Bronfman history in Canada.

I lost the post and my connection to BYT when I tried to post.

Maybe nothing, but it's not happened to me before.

Wish you still had that. The whole SNC Lavalin event reportedly ties in with NXIVM on some levels ... I would post what I've heard but haven't found real confirmation on any of it and that story dropped from view like a hot potato. Keep digging, okay?

And you know, I remember something about that story, too. I'll see what I can find out. Doesn't it have to do with Stephen Bronfman raising money for his campaign or something along those lines?

Found this article about "10 Ways to Protect Yourself from NLP Mind Control." Worth a read. https://ultraculture.org/blog/2014/01/16...d-control/

But in case you don't have time to read the article, just look at this snippet and think of it in terms of how people are recruited for NXIVM (and other such organizations)

Anything that causes a person to lose control of their own common sense, reasoning ability, etc., opens a door to another person or entity to access that person's spirit.

Please everyone:  Read what I wrote several times ... ponder that thought ... and let the reality of it sink in.  Heartflowers

Maybe we should make a list of all the things we may do in everyday life that could cause us to lose control of our reasoning ability?

There's not a lot I can contribute.  This whole NXIVM was totally new information to me when it made the news.

Great idea. That would be valuable info for all of us.

You'd be surprised what's out there. You live sorta close to the Vancouver chapter. And there are tentacles of this thing everywhere.

Plus, you're a good analyst. Even if you don't find some news lead, you often give good insight into what has already been presented. In other words, we value your contributions! Hugs

Okay, here is the next rabbit hole. Again, may be something, may be nothing.

This involves a Bronfman, but this time it's Jeffrey Bronfman. In 2004, the New Yorker magazine wrote this:

The fortune of the Bronfman family, the owner of Seagram’s, originated with a Montreal bootlegging business during Prohibition. (The name “Bronfman” means “whiskey man” in Yiddish.) A few weeks ago, the Supreme Court took up a long-running controversy involving a third-generation Bronfman and another mind-altering substance, this one imported from the Amazon rain forest rather than from Canada.

The case began with a small religious group known as O Centro Espirita Beneficiente União do Vegetal (“Central Beneficial Spirit United from the Plants”), which was founded in Brazil in 1961 and has about eight thousand members there. The religion blends traditional Christian theology with indigenous beliefs, and a central tenet of the faith is the drinking of a tea known as hoasca. According to church doctrine, members can fully perceive God only by drinking the tea. Hoasca (pronounced “wass-ca”) is brewed from two plants that grow in the Amazon River Basin, and it contains DMT, a hallucinogen that the American government regards as a controlled substance.

In the early nineties, Jeffrey Bronfman, a forty-nine-year-old ecological activist, began making trips to the rain forest. There he became fascinated by U.D.V., as the religion is known, and first drank hoasca tea. “I was very moved and inspired by what I witnessed,” he wrote later, in a declaration to the courts. Bronfman learned Portuguese and trained to become a mestre, which is the title given to the clergy in the faith. In 1994, he became the president of the American branch of U.D.V. There are now about a hundred and thirty congregants in the United States, about fifty of them in Sante Fe, where Bronfman lives.

full article here: https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2004/12/20/high-tea

So we got another Bronfman involved in something sorta culty, right?

The plant they are talking about is a form of ayahuasca, which grows in South America. It's a hallucinogenic, not unlike LSD except that it is plant-based rather than lab based. For a couple of decades now, wealthy kids would travel to Peru and Brazil and pay a lot of $$ to go and experience this drug. You can read all kinds of accounts of this all over the internet. Think of it as a current form of the psychedelic culture of the '60s. Then, as now, it was highly touted as a "spiritual experience."

And then, as now, someone found a way to profit from it.

So Jeffrey owned a bunch of land in New Mexico and he decided to generously donate a nice chunk of it " for the construction of a sprawling temple compound that will feature a caretaker's house, a greenhouse to grow the plants, a kitchen to prepare the tea and a house of worship." This put the people who live in that area in a bad mood, as per this account in the Globe and Mail: https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/wor...le1215451/

But Jeffrey prevailed -- of course he did! -- and if you go to their official website, it looks like a modest little church: https://udvusa.org/history-of-the-udv/ But do a Google map search of the address and you will see the actual compound across the street.

Note that there is not much real info on the website listed above, but that this church is affiliated with the mother church in Brazil. https://udv.org.br/

If you do a google search of the church, you will see that it is located midway between Jeffrey Epstein's ranch and the Santa Fe institue. Isn't geography interesting?
