What’s the hurry?  It’s only taken them a year to get around to this and two years to not keep a narrative about corona virus.   Wink

Sedition is distinfuished from treason, which requires actual betrayal of the government, or "espionage."

Fricking witch hunt, let's see them prove it....

He did not go into the building...

Charging him very well could be a way to take the heat off him AND the Feds (and other "assets") in the court of public opinion. That charge of Seditious Conspiracy has a notoriously poor/low conviction outcome, and it is fairly common to slap a charge on a federal/undercover asset, who somehow gets popped in the operation, for that exact purpose. They did it in the Gov. Whitmer "kidnapping plot" Charged one of the Feds involved with a firearm violation that went nowhere and took him off the radar. Just something to ponder.

Years ago Rhoades claimed the "feds" put CP on his computer.   There's been a lot of shady stuff with that guy.

They could just be trying to provoke the members too

Some are theorizing it's because Cruz went so hard on the Epps thing that they had to do something.

Also, they might have saved the sedition charges for an election year.

They are not getting speedy trials, the feds know a jury would/will not convict them, they have some released on home detention but the others are in solitary confinement. It is like they are wearing them down to make them plea out without benefit of a trial....

It is like two years to get a date for civil cases..

It is not like the socialist democrats do not commit sedition every gosh darn day.....

It is a joke they are a joke....

Whore politicians....

Why the big boys have to charge 11 members for a fake insurrection.
