Can you imagine having all that personal information on file for you? And it's not just your own personal info, but info about other people. It was good that someone raised the question: do you have to answer everything? It wasn't clear to me whether you did or didn't. I'd never get selected for a jury, especially when considering some of the opinions I would have to honestly give in answer to their questions.  And it's also interesting that the NYT reporter is lawyering up. I'm all for press protection under the 1st amendment -- but I felt more strongly about that before "journalists" started to throw their profession under the bus in favor of being propaganda outlets for various agendas. It is one thing to have a bias -- everyone has one -- but it is quite another thing to abandon actually researching a story in favor of just reprinting a script from a bad actor. How, indeed, do you resolve this potential conflict?
