So , My Old Car has a Half Sprung Gas Cap Well Door .

About 8 / 10 Weeks Ago , a Lil " Three Toed Tree Toad " took Up Residence .

Been to Town Every Other Week at Least and Even Fueled Twice Together .

Today was Tragedy at the GULF STATION . . . 3rd Time is the Charm Stuff .

Decided to Fill Up With some 93 Octane . This Tank Should Last Me till Late September . I Just Don 't Drive Much These Days .

Dang Froggy had a Fit and Jumped Out of the Well .

I Tried to Gather Him / Her Back Up .

Facepalm

Just to Stove Up to do Much of Anything Any More .

Good Luck in Your New Environment Froggy . You are not Far From Grass and Water and Weeds .

You Sure Brightened My Days for a While .

Love them toads. I installed a bright night light between garage doors that comes on at dark. A fat little momma toad came out every night to scoop up bugs off the driveway. Because watching grass grow is so boring, we put out a couple of chairs just so we could watch that toad eat every night.

We have a small flower garden spot near the house. It stays pretty wet, so we have a couple frogs and a toad in there. The other day I was weed whacking and the toad jumped out near my foot. I am of fear of rattlesnakes which we also have around here. I swear I jumped 3 feet in the air. Toad looked at me like dude you messed my morning nap.  Chuckle
