Speaking of Tonga , met King George Tupou V when He was Crown Prince . He was in California and made one of Richard McDonalds State Citizen Meetings . The Prince was Studying the Ideas of Sovereignty . Got to Speak With Him a Bit on the Trust Aspect of Government and Personal Sovereignty .

Recently Learned He Passed Away in March of 2012 .

That's interesting. I am not so familliar with Tonga, outside of generally.

I see he gave in to the pro-democracy movement in 2008.

He Made a Lot of Changes in the Kingdom . Not so Sure He " Gave In " Exactly .

He Liked the Idea of Elective Representation and Moved Toward Constitutional Democracy .

As Crown Prince He Expressed Admiration for the American System .

There is a well-funded and organised effort to bring down all the remaining monarchies worldwide, to eliminate them or turn them into ceremonial productions only.
