One of the reasons I don't keep goats. Peanut Butter.

Yes, it is the undoing of me by Peanut Butter.

She was a cute little thing. My grand daughter dressed her up in baby dresses and pushed her around the yard in a stroller.

She got into everything, ate everything, even a 10 penny nail.

Peanut Butter had two babies. But when it was time to train her to be milked, she stubbornly refused. She would go limp and refuse to stand up.
I rigged up a strap to the rafters to force her. It was way more trouble than it was worth.

Farming is hard work at times, but imho worth it in the end.

I have no livestock other than 2 dogs, a cat, and a grandson. But I’ve been feeding a possum, many raccoons, and deer that show up. Here’s a mama deer and her 2 babies in my backyard yesterday.

It's normal around here for deer to come out of the hills this time of year looking for water.
