He doesn't mention potential earthquakes in that report, however I remember a meteorologist a few years ago saying (when talking about California fault lines), when the earth gets saturated with excess water, it loosens the rock in the fault lines, thus possibly triggering an earthquake.
Exactly. Seeing all of this in Cali made me immediatly worry about earthquakes.
