My Dad used to sell without a commercial license to restaurants but it's not a big deal to get the license. Depends on where you are and who you want to sell to, I guess. No doubt ppl are more "anal" these days.

Gonna take my huge 15 foot Ebbtide with a 70 horse Evinrude on it, out this coming Wednesday. The bass are biting anything thrown into the Snake River, so I am told. Hope to have bass and ham cakes this coming weekend.
Pretty economical old boat. I can run it all day on 4 gallons of gas. Insurance is cheap, it ain't worth much. Maybe a little liability in case I hit a 200,000 dollar wake board boat. ![]()
Now is the time to get out of the trenches

I learned many years ago that a boat is a hole in the water you throw money in.
The only boat I have now is a sit-on-top kayak. My sailboat was lost in a fire and I never replaced it. I sold the other boats when I needed money. I’ve had more fun with that kayak than any boat I’ve been involved with. It has been in the water more often than all the others combined. ![]() |
