Argos have a few - not sure if they are any good - just know they sell them...
Thanks @Munchaab I will have a look. I did buy one from Lidl for £19.99 but the iMac wouldn't let me download the software for it to the computer, so I took it back. I mentioned it to one of my son's friends today and he said he'd really like one too. He's a qualified electrician that repairs small electrical's and mobile phones. It would be really handy for him to look at what he's doing on the big screen while he is doing it.

Looking at microbes everywhere. I could photograph what I find in the home, on food and on my dog and upload the pictures.

Still working on getting retired.  House is almost ready to go on market but hubby has to have surgery at the end of March so have to stay for the insurance.  Then will give 60 days notice as that is what my boss requested.    There are only two of us that do the actual work and we handle around 3 to 5M in revenue.  Figure 60 days is the thing to do for her and the one that will be left to do the work until replacement is trained.  Hope they find a replacement quick.

Plan to get back to crochet and quilting once retired plus finish some furniture projects.  In the midst of restoring a Hoosier that was my mom's and an antique rocker that was my first MIL's.  The rocker has carved swan handles and connected with wooden pins.  Needs a lot of work but hate the thought of trashing it since it is so old.  Also have small chest of drawers that belongs to my SIL.  She needed a place to store it and I need it the storage so I have it had for over 20 years. It was her grandmother's so it is old as well. Someone let a glass sweat on the top so I need to replace the veneer on that and refinish it.

Projects, projects in addition to doing the build out on the house when we retire.  I won't lack for things to do!

From what I saw they're only for mobile phones. I'd like one that can be used with mobile phone or desktop imac. Although I could probably send pics from my mobile to my email address. It would just be great to be able to look at it on the big screen while looking at something under the microscope. I could look at my own blood even.  Chuckle

Hello

Feel free to add your own questions, show off your works and the crafts you love.  It's not always just about me.  Chuckle

My current quandary:

Now that I'm retired I finally broke down the other day and ordered one of those clamp magnifying lamps.  Should be here Tuesday. I've been wanting to get back to some of the crafts I used to do, oh so long ago.  But yanno, the 68 year old eyes always have to readjust after threading a needle, so...

ANYWAY, any rug-hookers out there?  I bought this exact same (NOS) kit at the Goodwill a few weeks back.  Doesn't come with a hook (really???)  So, the question is, are there different size latch-hooks or are all they all the same?  Need to run to JoAnn's fabrics and buy one.

Excited to get back to embroidery, sewing and such.  Cheer

All the latch hook kits I've ever worked on had the same size hook.

Omg

WOW! That takes one steady hand! Fabulous. Thank you for sharing. Know what I thought they were going to do at the start? Remember when you'd go to a company picnic back in the 60s and they'd have that spinning art wheel?
