Love has no boundaries, and can cross time, space and dimensions.  
(And yes, "Love" and "Gratitude" are similar emotions; perhaps even the same emotion.)

So ...
You can send Love, Gratitude or any other emotion to those who have passed on, and I believe 100% that they receive it.
In the same way, those loved ones who have passed on can do the same for you.  I will qualify that by saying it depends on how busy they are, or if they are involved in other things "over there".  
I have a lot I could write on that subject, from my own experiences, but this isn't the place for that.

Just know that you can send Gratitude emotion to those who have passed, and they will receive it.

It's been so satisfying to do the exercise each day! In the final minutes today, I decided to add gratitude for miracles in the lives of each person doing this exercise. I immediately felt something happen inside of me. So that was one miracle. I plan to continue doing that. It's like we are in a prayer circle comprised of miracle workers rather than mumblers!

BTW, a physical miracle has occurred in my body. My health had deteriorated in recent months to the point that I made a goodbye video last night. The video got cut short by a single lightning strike that convinced me to stop recording, and I turned off my computer. It turned out to be the only lightning strike either close by or off in the distance. Was that a message or what!

The deterioration has been due to my back injury (smashed L-5 pars bone) stabilized by a metal rod about 12 years ago. In recent weeks, all sorts of issues had arisen. One of them was having great difficulty getting out of chairs. I sometimes needed a helping hand to get up.

God must have led me to find this video below last night. After just a few minutes, there was less difficulty in getting up. I played it all night while sleeping. Today, getting up has been better than it has been in the last six months! It's significantly better. In the comments there are at least a few replies where listeners said they got immediate help.
