President Trump to be ARRESTED!

I doubt there will be an arrest. Most likely, the "leak" was to curtail the NY DA.  

Too many factors that would make the case insupportable.  Time limits, already reviewed by the feds, he paid out of pocket.  All that leads to eventually declaring the ex-president innocent, which gives him one hell of a tool during a campaign. He can legally and openly accuse the federal government of targeted prosecution of political opponents, a clear interference of political elections. Especially since current president has too much evidence of illicit payments from foreign powers.  

The last things the dems want is a judge or judges to declare that the NY DA stepped beyond his powers and abused.  

I'd be he's getting an earful right now from the White House, and suddenly, under the rug.  

I agree with Elon on this one, and others.  If they are dumb enough to go through with this, landslide win for Trump in 2024 and karma is a bitch!

Or they could be sacrificing Trump to get us all to bow down to them once and for all.

Another reason I don't think Trump could possibly get arrested. He IS the president of our country!
And you just don't do that! So, they really need to be weighing the pros and cons.

Double jeopardy is in criminal cases. The Daniels case was a civil case.

“Res judicata” should apply in this case, which is basically the same as double jeopardy in a civil trail.
The statute of limitations for campaign finance violations is 5 years from the date of the violation. See 52 USC 30145. I’m not certain of the date(s) of the alleged violations, but I suspect that it was prior to 2016.

Trump paid off his extortionist with his own money, and Joe Biden is illegally using government officials and stealing taxpayer money to aid his campaign with this banana republic tactics!

Ah...ya' made me look ~  big difference between  "Federal Bribery Funds"  and Federal Funds USED for bribery.   

Although, most of us will admit that all federal funds ARE bribery...as well as graft.
