Bragg's decision to bring Costello in front of the grand jury was a mistake in his case. Costello provided 600+ pages of exculpatory evidence and Bragg only presented 6 pages to the grand jury - Bragg should have foreseen that Costello would point out the fact that Bragg had hidden evidence from them to the jury.

Bragg should be disbarred, and probably thrown in jail as well.

Also, give him the same treatment that has been given to the J6 political prisoners!

There are many critical facts and pieces of evidence (texts, emails, etc.) relating to the hush money scandal that have yet to see the light of day. And they will unfortunately be very damaging to the prosecution if Trump stands trial. At this point, you simply can't build a case…

But as legal experts debate this topic, The Washington Post on Sunday reminded us of at least once instance in US history in which a commander-in-chief learned that no person in the country is above the law.

In 1872, President Ulysses S. Grant was arrested for speeding on his horse-drawn carriage in Washington, DC. This was not an impeachable offense, but Grant still faced consequences.

The police officer who arrested him was a black man who fought in the Civil War named William H. West, who gave his account of the incident to The Star, which The Post dug up. 
Grant apparently had a penchant for speeding and a love for fast horses and had more than one run-in with West.
