Bragg planned to arrest him today but scuttled that plan to bring back Cohen for rehab in front of the jury. The last rumor I heard was that he wants to indict today and arrange surrender next week.  He's put the jurors on standby for tomorrow.

It’s a setup. Tfg’s lawyers make a last minute request to bring in “mystery” witness, Costello. GJ judge allows witness and testimony. Witness, Costello, appears, dumps 600 pages on the court. Next and final witness testifies Bragg is hiding 600 pages of exculpatory evidence. Smh

Bragg's decision to bring Costello in front of the grand jury was a mistake in his case. Costello provided 600+ pages of exculpatory evidence and Bragg only presented 6 pages to the grand jury - Bragg should have foreseen that Costello would point out the fact that Bragg had hidden evidence from them to the jury.

Bragg should be disbarred, and probably thrown in jail as well.

Also, give him the same treatment that has been given to the J6 political prisoners!
My dear Christian lady friend then we would be them. I sense your frustration and share it but I don't want to ever be like them. I vote for letting GOD handle it with the heaping coals thingy in Proverbs 25.

You're right of course.
I allowed myself to regress back to the OT ... "an eye for an eye ...."

Trump fires back at doj accuses agency of creating unprecedented situation over Jan 6th lawsuits.

We cause the insurrection. We keep trying to milk it to death. A round peg in a square hole until it fits. We cause the trouble and make you responsible for it, because we make sure to blame everyone else. Tyrants don't like your ability to prove us wrong, resist us or make tyranny more difficult.

Quote:As President Donald Trump's legal woes grow like an unrelenting fungus, much of the country seems to be sitting and wondering: why hasn't he been charged yet?

But as legal experts debate this topic,
The Washington Post on Sunday reminded us of at least once instance in US history in which a commander-in-chief learned that no person in the country is above the law.

In 1872, President Ulysses S. Grant was arrested for speeding on his horse-drawn carriage in Washington, DC. This was not an impeachable offense, but Grant still faced consequences.

The police officer who arrested him was a black man who fought in the Civil War named William H. West, who gave his account of the incident to The Star, which The Post dug up.
Grant apparently had a penchant for speeding and a love for fast horses and had more than one run-in with West.
[/url]On the first occasion, the president was somewhat sassy with the officer as he stopped his carriage. The city was having problems with speeding at the time, and a mother and child had recently been injured as a result.

Grant said, "Well, officer, what do you want with me?"
West replied, "I want to inform you, Mr. President, that you are violating the law by speeding along this street. Your fast driving, sir, has set the example for a lot of other gentlemen."
