SCOTUS pulled the reins on the EPA with a Unanimous decision to block them from redefining "waters of the United States"

The EPA is trying to say they have control and authority to regulate any existing water which is not the case. The definition of "waters of the United States" is in law as "navigable waters".

The EPA told a family—who moved some dirt in order to build a home—that they were violating the clean waters act and they would be fined $40,000 per day. The family fought back and it went all the way up to SCOTUS and the EPA lost.

Big win.

Mark Levin came out strong against DJT in 2016.
Then he "reversed gears" when he saw how popular DJT was.

I didn't care for Levin before 2016, and after his initial reaction to DJT in the primaries in 2016 ... Well, since then I don't put any stock whatsoever in what that man says.
