It's like the House Investigative committees in the US. Although the US House Investigations appear to be a lot more forthright and robust with Jim Jordan sitting in the chair. At this stage it looks like they're debating amongst themselves in the UK, prior to asking witnesses to speak like they're doing in the US.

I think they're find out we haven't forgot when they see the votes in the local elections on the 4th May. I anticipate a low vote turn out.
