We had an incredibly obese mailman, literally Fat Albert the cartoon in real life. He was diabetic.

So he had to stay hydrated in summer. He would get a 7-eleven big gulp of diet mountain dew at Pratt n Sheridan. 

Sip it on his morning route rolling his mail cart and our building was end of his route at mid day.

So he would end up pissing in our lobby. This went on for several months, janitorial mop sanitizing, replacing the doorway rug twice

till they had to put a sign up for whoever was doing it to knock it off. 

And I suspect ours was not the only lobby that got drenched.

There is a veritable industry of stolen master mailbox keys in the cities, the fact mail tampering is Federal seems to hold no deterrent.

They get 'lost' with every employee turnover.
