Not sure yet. Been letting hubby do the cooking lately with everything going on. He says congrats to us and he's glad. He knows ya'll keep me somewhat sane. Maybe he'll order a pizza  Cheer

I had a couple of thin steaks in the fridge to eat up so I had stir-fry beef with ginger and spring onions, served with egg fried rice with leftover veg from yesterday thrown in. 

Something new I tried today and that was to put bicarbonate soda on the beef to tenderise it. Amazingly it worked. I usually hammer it or roller pin it.
