First bacon and toast..... Then a ham sammich with avocado salsa and provolone cheese. Terrible dinner tonight, but it is getting cold and that makes me EAT!

One of my most fav things to eat is buttered and salted bread toasted under the broiler and crispy bacon.  Make a fold over sandwich with the toast and bacon.  MmmmMmmm!!!

You got it  RG, and I made that toast on beautiful sesame round. Huge slices of bread, toasted just so with delicious amish butter on top ...the whole bacon slice was nicely couched.

My body is asking for cheese. Have to get off this forum and make a pizza I think and pick on snacks while cooking. 

Still have to finish off the chicken liver pate and potato salad, so I will start with that while I am cooking. 

Also going to make an almond cake, fancy and orange almond cake.

Steak getting to room temp, salted.  Potato in a salt water brine (I like to eat the skin so want it flavored)  Japs for later...
